Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of the RFQ Bot operated by Pacific Transformer Corporation ("Pacific Transformer", "we", "us"). By using the RFQ Bot, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the RFQ Bot.
Purpose
The RFQ Bot lets you submit requests for quote for transformers and related products. It is a tool for preliminary information gathering. Any quote, specification, or drawing provided through the RFQ Bot is not a binding offer unless and until it is issued in writing by an authorized Pacific Transformer representative.
Your submissions
By submitting information or files through the RFQ Bot, you represent and warrant that:
- You have the right to share the information with us.
- The information does not violate any third party's rights, including intellectual property, confidentiality, or privacy obligations.
- The information is not classified, export-controlled (including ITAR or EAR-controlled technical data), or otherwise legally restricted, unless you have first disclosed this to us and we have agreed in writing to receive it.
You grant Pacific Transformer the right to use your submissions to prepare a quote, fulfill any resulting order, and retain them in our business records.
Contact
By submitting an RFQ, you consent to being contacted by Pacific Transformer by email and by telephone at the contact information you provide, in connection with your RFQ and related Pacific Transformer business.
Intellectual property
You retain ownership of the information and files you submit. Pacific Transformer retains ownership of the RFQ Bot and of the quotes, drawings, designs, and other work product it produces, including any materials generated with the assistance of the bot.
You may not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, resell, or create derivative works of the RFQ Bot or its output, other than for your own internal business use in connection with a potential purchase from Pacific Transformer.
No warranty
The RFQ Bot is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." Output from the bot — including preliminary specifications, pricing estimates, and drawings — may contain errors and should not be relied upon without written confirmation from Pacific Transformer. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Indemnification
You will hold Pacific Transformer harmless against any expense or loss resulting from infringement of patents or trademarks arising from (a) our compliance with your designs or specifications, or (b) your use of Pacific Transformer's standard products in combination with products not supplied by Pacific Transformer.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pacific Transformer's total liability arising out of or relating to your use of the RFQ Bot is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Pacific Transformer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the RFQ Bot at any time, with or without notice, for any reason.
Governing law and venue
This Agreement shall be interpreted and governed under the laws of the State of California without regard to its principles regarding conflicts of laws. Any suit or action arising under or related to this Agreement or any provision hereof shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the County of Orange, State of California.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the RFQ Bot after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
